Mahalo has become one of the essential “third-wave” coffee addresses in the Fribourg region, with two establishments — Fribourg (opened in 2021) (Fribourg) and Bulle (Jan. 2023) (torpedocoffee.org). For more than two years, Stam insured all photo-video shots intended for the @mahalo .fribourg Instagram accounts (≈ 3 800 subscribers) (instagram) and @mahalo .bubble (≈ 5,000 subscribers) (instagram), without managing the publication itself. Result: a coherent visual feed that has almost doubled the average commitment and allowed Mahalo to stand out from the competition of specialized coffee shops.
